Refund Policy - the basics

1. VIP Sections and Bottle Service

Reservation Deposits:

All VIP section and bottle service reservations require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Deposits secure your reservation for the requested date and time.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to your reservation will not incur additional charges beyond the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of your reservation will be charged 50% of the total reserved amount (including minimum spend requirements).

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation (including any minimum spend commitments).

Rescheduling:

We will accommodate one rescheduling request per reservation if made at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Refunds:

No refunds will be issued for VIP section or bottle service reservations, including deposits, once the reservation has been confirmed.

2. Entry Fees (Cover Charges)

Entry fees and cover charges are non-refundable once paid, regardless of weather conditions, personal reasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds or partial credits may be considered only if the event is canceled by the nightclub or a government-mandated closure occurs. In such cases, we will notify guests and provide options for refund or credit.
3. Liquor Purchases (Open Bar, Bottle Purchases at the Bar)

Purchased bottles and drinks at the bar or through bottle service are non-refundable once served or opened.

In cases of product defects (e.g., corked wine), a replacement may be offered at the manager’s discretion.

Unused liquor from bottle service will not be refunded or credited. Liquor cannot be removed from the premises due to state alcohol laws.
4. General Terms

Refund Processing:
Any eligible refunds (e.g., event cancellation by the nightclub) will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. -
Discretionary Refunds:
Refunds outside of the stated policy may be considered in exceptional circumstances and are at the sole discretion of the nightclub’s management.
